Cloudli’s partner experience had grown around a collection of disconnected tools and manual processes for quoting, sales, onboarding and account management. I led the product design of a new unified partner platform, creating a clearer end-to-end experience that could simplify how partners brought customers onto Cloudli’s services and managed them thereafter.

The Challenge
The existing journey relied heavily on manual intervention, disconnected workflows and back-and-forth communication between partners and Cloudli teams. Tasks that should have been straightforward, from creating a quote and converting a prospect through to configuring users, devices and phone numbers, could involve multiple systems, emails and conversations, creating friction for both partners and internal teams.
The challenge was to untangle these complex processes and identify where automation could remove unnecessary effort, turning them into a guided experience that partners could navigate themselves. This meant working closely with Product, Engineering and commercial stakeholders to understand the underlying business rules and technical constraints, while creating a flexible experience that could support different partner requirements and scale as the platform evolved.

The Outcome
The resulting platform transformed a largely manual post-sale process into a guided, self-serve onboarding experience, reducing onboarding from several weeks to just a few days. Automations and deep integration with third-party systems were applied throughout the journey to remove repetitive tasks and help partners navigate complex configuration without constant support, while progressive disclosure kept the experience approachable despite the underlying complexity.
Alongside the product experience, I curated a design system to provide a consistent foundation for the wider platform. Figma Variables enabled light and dark modes to improve accessibility, while a flexible colour architecture allowed branded themes to be created for white-label partners. This meant the same underlying product could deliver a consistent experience while adapting naturally to each partner’s brand and their customers’ expectations.
The work established a scalable product foundation, bringing previously fragmented processes into a more intuitive experience and providing design and engineering teams with reusable patterns and components to build upon.
